Join Our Team as a Junior Non-key Expert Database Coordinator!
We are excited to announce an opportunity to contribute to the EU TACSO 3 project as a Junior Non-key Expert Database Coordinator. This role involves managing a critical database tracking EU-funded civil society projects in the Western Balkans and Türkiye.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the TAMIS database is appropriately adapted for the Western Balkans and Türkiye.
Populate the database with available data on grants under the Civil Society and Media Facility (CSF) and other EU financing instruments.
Identify sources of sub-grant data, obtain and enter this data into the database.
Regularly update the database, maintaining data integrity and providing analysis as needed.
Support EU Delegation colleagues and task managers with tailored queries and reporting.
💼 Qualifications:
Relevant University degree in IT, computer engineering, or equivalent professional certification.
At least 5 years of professional experience, with a focus on database management and project management.
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and a good working knowledge of one of the regional languages.
📅 Contract Duration: Up to 88 days from September 2024 to June 2025.
📍 Location: Remote work within the Western Balkans and Türkiye, with coordination with the EU TACSO 3 team in Belgrade, Serbia.
